Contest participants and winner(s) must be at least 18 years old, or as determined by the company. A parent or guardian of any participant who is a minor must sign a release on behalf of the minor to be eligible to receive a prize, but the company reserves the right to refuse to award a prize to or on behalf of any minor. Only one (1) entry per person/family per contest, unless otherwise specified. Only one (1) prize per household from any of the Company’s stations within any thirty (30) day period.
If a winner cannot be contacted, is disqualified, Iroc102.com/Open Mic Productions reserves the right to determine an alternate winner or to not award that winner’s prize, in its sole discretion. Prizes are not transferable, redeemable for cash or exchangeable for any other prize. If a prize awarded becomes unavailable, Iroc102.com/Open Mic Productions reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. The Company is not acting as the manufacturer or distributor of any prize awarded. Iroc102.com/Open Mic Productions makes no warranties with respect to any prize.
Decisions of Iroc102.com/Open Mic Productions management with regard to the contest(s) execution, rules or outcome are final.
